After years in acute care at a 1,000-bed Level 1 trauma teaching hospital, Pooja saw the same thing again and again: families thrown into caregiving with no map. Aging Together exists to hand them that map — through detailed education and vetted help. She also serves as Director of Advocacy for the Illinois OT Association and as an adjunct professor.
