Annie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Public Health, and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner with specialized certification in the Montessori Approach to Dementia. For more than a decade, she has worked across the continuum of care, serving as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Activities Professional, Director, and Clinical Quality Manager.

Her experience spans dementia care, developmental disabilities, acute care, memory care, community coalitions, in-home care, and one of her greatest passions—intergenerational programming, where children and older adults come together to learn, contribute, and connect.
